She is a Voluntary Benefits Consultant with 18 years of experience in sales, implementation and enrollment of voluntary benefits. Tonya graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Finance. Upon graduation, she worked for ADP for 9 years in payroll implementation and payroll sales. Tonya thrives in providing exceptional customer service while helping her clients implement the best benefit solutions at the best value.

Brian Ely, Principal brian@vbwork.com As one of the Principals of Voluntary Benefits at Work, Brian Ely directs the sales, technology and operations for the company. He is a Voluntary Benefits Consultant with years of experience in sales, implementation and enrollment of voluntary benefits. Brian is an Alumni of the Terry College of Business at UGA and has been a top producer for a variety of insurance companies over the past 18 years.

Bob Fish, Managing Partner robertmfish@vbwork.com Bob coordinates every aspect of Voluntary Benefits at Work’s relationship with MISBO and their member schools. This includes marketing to the schools, account setup, group presentations, enrollments as well as conferences and online blogs throughout the year. He is MISBO’s primary point of contact, and an essential element to providing services and products to uniquely meet each member school’s needs. He spent the first 20 years of his career in corporate America working for 3M, Siemens, Panasonic and Sony developing his client service skills. Over the past 17 years, he has established a very successful supplemental insurance business with 100’s of companies, schools, medical practices and more throughout the Southeastern region. If asked what motivates him to work harder and produce more business, he would tell you that he has found a way to deliver financial relief to his policyholders when they are hurt or sick so they can focus on healing and the path forward. It energizes him every time someone obtains coverage as Bob knows the value and comfort it will provide the policyholder when they need it most.
